THE LEASING PROCESS
Leasing an ice machine is simple and fast.
Needs Assessment & Site Visit
Contact us to discuss your ice usage needs. We'll help you choose the right ice machine and cube type based on your volume and operational demands. This typically includes a site visit to view plumbing connections, and assess water quality.
Quote, Contract & ACH Set up
A quote specific to your environment will be prepared and reviewed along with the terms of the lease. Length of lease can be adjusted based on your monthly budget, but most are 3-5 years. At the end of the term, you can extend the contract or start a new lease with a new machine based on needs.
Delivery and Installation
After terms are finalized, KEC’s team will schedule the install. If removing the old machine is needed, we’ll handle that too.
Preventative Maintenance and Support
Our leasing program includes regular maintenance and servicing with scheduled site visits. Should any problems arise, our dedicated support team is available to assist you. We prioritize quick response times to minimize any disruption to your business.
