If there's one thing KECresco knows, it's how to help C-U restaurants, bars, foodservice and
housing directors get ready for the returning students. That's because our team had been
doing it from the University Ave storefront since 1952.
Executives and members of the contract sales team had the pleasure meeting many executives of the award recipient restaurants, and congratulate all of the winners!
At the suggestion of regional customer, Monical’s Pizza, KECdesign’s team of guerilla marketers attended The 2015 Pizza Expo in Vegas. The show had about 400 exhibitors and 8,000 attendees. Representatives from many major chains, smaller growing chains, and independent pizzeria owners from across the country were in attendance.
KECdesign launched its new Diagnostic Process to assess the effectiveness of a commercial kitchen layout and design. This process is used to help restaurants/bars improve throughput and maximize production via a better conceived kitchen.
The Proctor family is continuing in that business, even though Proctor's Restaurant Equipment & Supply Co. closed on University Avenue in Champaign last November after 62 years in business.
