This upscale restaurant/bar was designed to attract the “over 21” crowd which would feature a creative menu and an eclectic design. KECdesign worked with an avant–guarde interior designer on concepts for three different dining and bar levels, to be served by a small 300 sq. ft. “bar” kitchen on the second level. KECdesign made extensive use of wall mount equipment, and remote refrigeration/storage. A pass through between the main bar and kitchen was also added so kitchen staff could wash glasses out of customer sight, and so bartenders could easily check on food orders. A semi-circular modular bar die design was incorporated for simplicity and cleanliness.
